METHODS OF APPLYING FOR SECURE REMOTE ACCESS
Individuals and Business organizations may apply for a SRA subscription. Business subscribers must designate their employees who are authorized to subscribe to SRA.
Paragraphs 1 and 2 below explain what documents must be submitted on behalf of individuals and businesses. Click on the hyperlinked applications and subscriber agreements.
- Individual Subscribers - Submit (1) a notarized Individual Application for SRA and Individual Subscriber Agreement and (2) the fee for the initial period of service.
- Business Subscribers - Submit (1) a notarized Business Application for SRA and Business Subscriber Agreement that lists the names of employees who are authorized to subscribe to SRA, (2) a notarized Application for Secure Remote Access and Individual Subscriber Agreement completed by each designated user, including the person who completed the business application and subscriber agreement if that person wants SRA, and (3) the fee for the initial period of service (not applicable to exempt government agencies).
- New users employed by a Business organization or County Agency with existing accounts - Submit (1) a notarized Application for Secure Remote Access and Individual Subscriber Agreement, (2) a statement from the business organization or county agency on letterhead, signed by a person authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the organization, requesting by name that the new user(s) be added, and (3) the fee for the initial period of service.
